About Zhen Slimming Pills

man-woman.jpg How is it taken and how often?

The drug comes in capsule form and should be taken once a day before breakfast.*

How does it work?

It works by producing an anorexic effect in the body. The user feels early satiety and decrease in appetite. There will be a slight warming effect in the body due to the increase in your metabolism. Results are evident even if you finished only half of the box.

Any side effects?

The most common side effect would be an increase in thirst. This is basically due to the increase in your metabolism. One just has to increase intake of fluids in any form ( water, juices, soups, fruits etc). This might also result to increase in bladder movements because of the increased fluid intake.

Side effects vary from different users. One thing that I have noted is reduced sleep. With this in mind I recommend to adjust intake depending upon your biological clock*. If you work on a graveyard shift, take the pill before going to work and if you're a morning person, before breakfast. Always keep a bottle of water handy to prevent dehydration.

Aside from the aforementioned, nobody has suffered any deleterious symptoms.

Who can take it?

Unfortunately, not all are qualified to take it. Here is my pre-checklist:

  • Should not be below 18
  • if female, should not be pregnant or not planning to get pregnant anytime soon
  • NO HEREDITARY OR EXISTING DISEASES/ILLNESS - diabetes, asthma, liver, heart and kidney problems, those taking maintenance medications, allergies to particular products

Being a medical professional, I take responsibility for my patients. I advise that the user should be honest regarding his/her health condition. I also follow up during and after the duration of the dosage.

What if I undergo a drug screen?

The pills does not contain any illegal substances.

How much does it cost?

REMINDERS

First thing you have to do is READ my article for the instructions on the proper intake.

Second, you have to establish your baseline weight so you can evaluate later how much weight you've lost.

  • The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning.
  • You should first empty your bladder.
  • Make sure you're wearing the same amount of clothing every time you weigh or no clothing at all for more accurate readings.
  • Third, calculate what is your ideal weight for height (refer to the formula)
  • Fourth, take your dose 30 mins* before your first meal. Never miss any meals throughout the day. If you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it and then take the next dose as scheduled. DO NOT DOUBLE DOSE!!!

Zhen is intended to reduce your appetite and th user feels early satiety with meals. YOU DONT HAVE TO CONSCIOUSLY CONTROL YOUR INTAKE. You don't have to skip meals, always have something down there since your body is still dependent upon carbohydrates as the main source of your energy. Based on what I've read from other forums, other users feel nausea or dizziness which could be attributed to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels). Weight loss with Zhen is gradual, remember that it is only a FAT BURNING capsule. If you are losing weight but with accompanying muscle atrophy, you're not burning fats anymore but rather protein which makes up your muscles. This is why carbohydrate intake is EXTREMELY necessary since without it the body would metabolize proteins for energy expenditure. NOT GOOD.

  • Fifth, always ensure adequate hydration by increasing your fluid intake. drink as much as 2-3 liters of water daily to keep you well hydrated. Mouth dryness is the usual side effect of Zhen. I strictly emphasize with my clients to keep themselves well hydrated by keeping bottled water handy and using other sources of fluids such as fruits, soups, juices, and iced desserts. This is to ensure enough water to sustain the increased metabolism and to promote excretion of by products via the urine. Again, by not following instructions the user is at risk of the complications of dehydration.

COFFEE DRINKERS

For some of you who are coffee addicts that consume 3-6 cups or more a day, Zhen is safe to take as long as you ensure you double your fluid intake. The problem with caffeine is that: It promotes increased urination, therefore predisposing the user to dehydration. It tricks the mind into feeling a false sense of energy tot he extent that they don't feel exhaustion and by the time the effect wears off, they are tired more than ever. I recommend a gradual decrease in caffeine intake while on Zhen regimen. Reduce one cup of intake every week. Abrupt withdrawal would then cause the user to manifest withdrawal symptoms such as hand tremors and sleepiness during the day. For safety purposes, avoid activities which require concentration such as operating machinery or driving. Lastly, keep me updated with your condition by keeping in touch through texting, calling, IM, or email.

HOW TO COMPUTE FOR YOUR DESIRABLE WEIGHT FOR HEIGHT

Tannhauser Formula

Please use this formula in order to compute for your desirable body weight (DBW) for your height. The formula has already been adjusted for Filipinos and is applicable to both men and women

formula: (height in centimeters - 100) -10%

example: I stand 5 feet 8 inches

1 foot = 12 inches

>> 5 x 12 = 60

>> 60 + 8 = 68 inches

1 inch = 2.54 cm

>> 68 x 2.54 = 172.72

172.72 - 100 = 72.72

72.72 x .10 = 7.27

72.72 - 7.27 = 65.45 (this is your weight in kilograms)

to convert into pounds

1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds

65.45 x 2.2 = 143.99 or 144 lbs

MANAGEMENT

Q: I am currently experiencing diarrhea with Zhen?

A: Im confident to say that with my Zhen there are no reported effects of diarrhea. But just in case you are having diarrhea with the zhen that you are taking here's what you have to know.

What is diarrhea?

Diarrhea (in American English) or diarrhoea (in British English) is a generally unpleasant condition in which the sufferer has frequent watery, loose bowel movements (from the Greek word διάρροια; literally meaning "through-flowing").

(for the full article visit this link : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diarrhea)

Diarrhea is not a disease. Its a symptom or a mechanism that your body uses in attempt to flush out any disagreeable substance or toxin that you might have ingested orally. Severe diarrhea results to fluid and electrolyte loss that if left unmanaged, could result to death.

MANAGEMENT

Your priority should be to replace all those fluids and electrolytes that you lost. For every bowel movement make sure that you drink one glass of any of the following:

  • Gatorade
  • Hydrite tablet dissolved in a glass of water
Boil 1 liter of water for 15 minutes, set aside to cool; mix 2 heaping tablespoons of salt and 5 heaping tablespoons of sugar; mix well; drink a glass of the solution after every bowel movement.
DIET

The mnemonic would be BRAT

Banana

Rice

Apple

Tea

These are foods that are non irritating to the bowel and nutritious as well. It will provide you the necessary fluids, energy, and electrolytes.

Once you have managed the diarrhea, it would be wise to try to identify the facts.

What is your normal bowel movement? How often? What consistency?

Ask yourself what were the things that you ingested for the past 24 hrs? If Zhen is part of your answer, try to skip your next dose of Zhen to see if your bowel movement will normalize.

You may drink as many fluids and BRAT diet as you can but then if the source of the problem isn't identified its as if you are flushing money down the toilet.

If the diarrhea doesn't resolve for the next 48 hours it would be best to head to the hospital for a physical assessment and laboratories. An intravenous solution might also be indicated.

Q: I'm having trouble sleeping?

Unfortunately, sleep deprivation is a common side effect of Zhen though not all users have it. This is why the dose is best taken during your waking hours, not necessarily before breakfast. If you work in shifting schedules, take Zhen 30 minutes before your meal on your way to work. This will ensure that after 8-10 hours the effects have gradually reduced.

1. Avoid intake of caffeine before sleep.

Sources of caffeine would be colas, coffee, tea, energy drinks. Caffeine is a stimulant that may interrupt with sleep. (also refer to the other page about caffeine and Zhen)

2. Eat a light meal before going to bed.

Glucose that is produced during digestion triggers the brain to "wake up".

3. Drink milk

Milk is not only an excellent source of calcium it also contains tryptophan which promotes sleep.

(see link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tryptophan)

4. Indulge in your bed rituals

A hot shower or anythign that would make you feel more comfortable when you sleep. It may be opening the window for fresh air, changing the sheets, listening to the radio.
